Marketing and PR Consultations
Sometimes you don’t need a full-service marketing or PR team. You just need an expert in your corner. Whether you’re launching a show, promoting an event, trying to get press, figuring out your social media strategy, or simply feeling stuck, GCC offers one-on-one marketing consultations designed to help you figure out what to do next.
Bring your questions, ideas, challenges, and half-formed plans. We’ll work through them together and leave you with clear, actionable next steps.
MARKETING OFFICE HOURS
30 minutes | $75
Perfect when you have a few focused questions or need a second set of eyes on your marketing.
Office Hours can be used for PR questions, social media strategy, email marketing, event promotion, messaging, brainstorming, troubleshooting, or whatever marketing challenge is currently taking up too much space in your brain.
This is a live consulting session with no advance review or written follow-up.
MARKETING INTENSIVE
60 minutes | $150
For when 30 minutes just isn’t going to cut it. A Marketing Intensive gives us a full hour to dig into a larger marketing or PR challenge, develop a strategy, and map out your next steps.
You’ll complete a brief intake form ahead of our meeting so we can use our time as effectively as possible. This is a great fit for an upcoming launch, event, production, campaign, or bigger-picture marketing question.
MARKETING DEEP DIVE
90 minutes | $225
For the projects that need some room.
A Marketing Deep Dive gives us 90 minutes to unpack what’s working, what isn’t, and where you should focus your energy next. We’ll use the time to develop a clear strategy and prioritize your next steps without rushing through the good stuff.
You’ll complete an intake form ahead of our meeting and can share relevant background materials to help guide our conversation.
NEED MORE TIME?
You don’t have to start over every time you need a little more help.
After any Office Hours, Intensive, or Deep Dive, you can book follow-up consulting sessions for the same project or business within 90 days:
30 minutes | $65
60 minutes | $125
Follow-up sessions are designed to continue the strategy we’ve already started and do not include extensive advance review or done-for-you work.
HOW TO BOOK
Consultations are scheduled by request so we can find a time that works for both of us.
Email graycecarson214@gmail.com with a little about what you’d like to work on and which session you’re interested in. We’ll find a time, and your session will be confirmed once payment is received.
All consultations are prepaid.
Please note: These sessions are collaborative consulting and strategy sessions. Done-for-you marketing, public relations, copywriting, social media management, and other implementation services are quoted separately. Consultations do not include access to GCC’s proprietary media lists, press contacts, influencer lists, contact databases, or other internal resources. I’m happy to advise you on who to target and how to build your own press list, but GCC contact information is not shared as part of any consultation.
